Im biking 3 hours today, 4 hours tomorrow followed by 1hr 20 run if anyone is interested in either.. Fishy.. ill give you a shout next week.. rach away on wed..

hi guys legs are in bits from lakes for a pentland run. and only just got allys message,, work tomo, so ill be missing both, possibly riding mon tues weds next week, with various folk (wheres the time for multi sport)????
